Choose from any of the fine selection of entrees and side dishes below.  Meal is served with rolls and butter and disposable table service.

 2 Entrees with 3 Sides - $10.00 (per guest)

Wedding Buffets

All wedding buffets include an assortment of Hy-Vee's Baking Stone breads: Country Italian, Asiago, Roasted Garlic, Kiev Pumpernickel or Artisan. Served with butter or margarine.

The listed menu pricing includes complete disposable service and buffet table linens. Buffet setting, fresh floral arrangement, classic ware plates and reflection silverware. We welcome your special requests.

These menus are suggestions only. We would be more than happy to customize a menu to suit your individual taste. Contact the catering manager for more information and to discuss any changes that will help make your event even more special.

 Two Entrees - $14.00 (per guest)

 Three Entrees - $16.00 (per guest)
Choice of three entrees, one potato, one vegetable and one salad

 Picnics

To have your picnic grilled on site, there is a 75-person minimum and a service charge.  All prices include disposable table service and serving utensils.

 THE TAILGATER (starting at) $9.00 per guest

 Includes two sandwiches per guest, condiments, assorted cookies and choice of two sides. Served with a fresh bakery bun.

 Sandwich Selections: Hamburger, Jumbo Hot Dog, Bratwurst, Polish Sausage, Italian Sausage, Chicken Breast*, Pork Chop*, Smoked Pulled Pork

*Additional $1.00

Side Selections: Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Macaroni Salad, Baked Beans, Rainbow Rotini, Chips

 HOG ROAST (per guest) - Market Price

 Fully roasted hog carved on-site. Meal includes choice of three sides dishes, sandwich buns, and our special BBQ sauce. We require a 100 guest minimum and two weeks notice for this special hog roast event.

 CLASSIC PICNIC - $6.50 (per guest)

This picnic includes a hamburger or hot dog, buns, chips, cookie, assorted soda pop, bottled water and table service.
