Hy-Vee caters weddings, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, office gatherings or any other event. We offer a menu that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. In addition, we have great ideas for coffee breaks, afternoon receptions, light lunches and weekend grill-outs.

Planning a Wedding Reception? Save 10% off your entire order when you use Hy-Vee's Catering, Floral and Bakery departments for your event. Please call for details. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can!
Let us do all the work so you can enjoy your event. A perfect option for wedding receptions or holiday gatherings. Includes linens on buffet tables, chafing dishes, color-coordinating buffet table decorations, service attendant for buffet (maximum 2 hours).

Prices are per guest. Meal includes three side dishes of your choice, roll, butter and complete table service. Additional side dishes are $1.75 per person.

From the Grill
Let your Conley Road Hy-Vee supply you with everything you need to host a great party. We will even bring the grill! To have your picnic grilled on site, there is a 100-person minimum and a $75 service charge.
Classic Picnic- $8 (per guest) - This picnic includes a Hamburger or Hot Dog, Bun, Chips, Cookie, Assorted Pop, Bottled Water and table service.
Company Picnic- Choice of 2 Meats: $10 (per guest) or Choice of 3 Meats: $10 (per guest) - Served with buns, condiments, baked beans, potato salad, assorted cookies and pop
Choice of Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Brats, Chicken Breasts and Polish Sausage
Executive Picnic Option: $16 (per guest) - Served with Twice-Baked Potatoes, Garden Salad, Cheesecake, Rolls and Butter and Assorted Pop.
Choice of 8-oz. Rib Eye Steak, 8-oz. Kansas City Strip Steak, America's Pork Chop or Marinated Chicken Breast
