BUFFET #1 Choice of one entrée, one salad, one vegetable, one potato, one dessert, roll and butter.
BUFFET #2 Choice of two entrées, one salad, one vegetable, one potato, one dessert, roll and butter.
- Entrees - Oven-Baked Ham, Mediterranean Chicken Breast, Stuffed Pork Chops, Chicken Parmesan, Roast Beef, Herb-Roasted Pork, Roast Turkey Breast or Fettuccine Alfredo (with shrimp or chicken)
- Salads - Potato Salad, Lettuce Salad with Dressing, Assorted Whipped Salads, Fruit Salad, Pasta Salad or Fresh Vegetable Salads
- Potato - Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Wild or Rice Pilaf, Baked Potatoes, Hash Brown Casserole, Millionaire Potatoes, Au Gratin Potatoes, Sage Dressing or Oven-Roasted Potatoes

BLACK TIE DINNER BUFFET Choice of one entree, choice of potato, salad, vegetable and dessert.
- Entrees - Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast, Chicken Cordon Bleu, New York Strip Steak, Prime Rib Dinner, BBQ Ribs, Beef or Chicken Kabobs or Beef Rib Eye Steak
From the Grill
All grill items come with tableware, 2 side dishes of your choice, roll and butter or the appropriate buns and condiments.
The minimum number of guests we can prepare an on-site barbecue catering for is 50 people. Seasonally available.

DELUXE HOG ROAST Includes fully roasted hog carved on-site in front of your guests. Two side dishes of your choice, fresh large sandwich buns, complete disposable table service and our special recipe BBQ sauce on the side. We require a 100-guest minimum for this special hog roast event.
